Arm Amputation for our poor snowman

I'm always inspired to write something after reading other people's blogs but I usually have to chase after a toddler so I don't get a chance, and then when I do I can't remember what I intended to write.

Today I had to coax a certain someone out from behind the Christmas tree where he had wedged himself between the tree and the wall. Later in the day he bit the arm off of a snowman Christmas tree ornament. Yep, J is teething.

Pete and I have been dreaming about a job that doesn't involve so much unpaid overtime, a job where he can actually see his son awake instead of just coming in to look at him sleeping. It isn't usualyl this bad but the stress is taking it's toll on all of us. We even found a house we'ld like to that would reduce our mortgage so we could survive on less money.

I'm sick of consumerism, and yet I love the gifts I've bought.
