I always find eating lunch to be a challenge. Most people find they want to skip breakfast, and my problem with lunch isn't a desire to skip it, in fact I'm usually pretty hungry for lunch. My problem is that I can never think of anything appealing to eat. I take a look in the fridge and most leftovers I pass over because they can be fed to the babe easily or there is enough for us to have it again for dinner. I ususally end up eating a strange combination of foods that there is only a little bit left of and then snack all day on unhealthy things because I didn't have enough for lunch.
I need to come up with better lunch ideas so I don't snack so much!
