Shopping

I have developed a shopping adiction. I find I have been running to the store for the smalles t thing, only to return home with way more then I needed. I don't even live in town, making the whole shopping experience more like a field trip. I used to use the excuse that I was taking Jaden to the park and then I would pick a few things up on my way home, but really, it was just an excuse.

So I have set a limit to one shopping trip a week, regardles of what I need, including groceries. I had an elaborate plan this morning to go to three different stores to get everything I needed, Groceries, Diapers (which were on sale a a different store) and then shoes for Jaden. The only problem was I didn't take into account the toddler who was tagging along. After one store we had to head home due to several tempertantrums and the need for an early nap. So now I have to wait until next week to get him new running shoes. He'll just have to wear sandles all week.

So I'm trying to refocus myself away from stuff and back onto the important stuff. We'll see how it goes.
